Please read before ordering ♡

1. COMMISSIONS
I primarily draw male characters and M/M couples, from SFW to NSFW artwork.
To place a commission, please provide character references and a description of your idea. You can give me a detailed brief or allow me more creative freedom with the composition and details.
AI-generated images are not accepted as references for characters, style, or composition.
I reserve the right to decline any commission if the subject matter or idea is not a good fit for me.
For NSFW commissions, the client must be 18 or older.2. PAYMENT
✦ Payment is made via LavaTop.
✦ Any payment processing fees or additional taxes, if applicable, are covered by the client.
✦ Payment is requested after the initial sketch has been approved.
✦ Payment is due within 3 days of receiving the payment link.
✦ Work on the commission continues after payment has been received.
✦ The final full-resolution file is delivered only after the commission has been paid in full.
✦ Payment in instalments may be available if agreed in advance.
✦ Once payment has been made, the commission is non-refundable.
A chargeback made after the artwork has been delivered will result in the loss of permission to use the artwork and may result in the client being blacklisted.3. PROCESS & REVISIONS
The main stages are:
Sketch → Detailed Colour Sketch → Final Artwork
The commission price includes:
✦ up to 3 major revisions during the sketch stage
✦ 2 minor revisions during the detailed colour sketch stage
✦ 1 minor revision during the final stage
Additional minor revisions start at $5.
Major changes or revisions to elements that have already been approved may require an additional fee.
A complete change of concept or composition after the initial sketch has been approved will be treated as a new commission.
Any mistakes on my part will be corrected free of charge.4. TURNAROUND TIME
I work through commissions in queue order.
The usual turnaround time is 2–8 weeks after the sketch has been approved and payment has been received.
The maximum turnaround time is up to 3 months, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Time spent waiting for the client’s response is not included in the turnaround time.
If there is a delay on my side, I will let you know.
If I receive no response from the client for more than 7 days, the commission will be paused.
If there is still no response after another 7 days, the commission may be closed without a refund.5. ADDITIONAL FEES
✦ Rush / priority commission – +30%
✦ Private commission – +30%6. COPYRIGHT & USAGE
I retain the copyright to the artwork.
The client may use and publish the finished artwork, including as part of their own commercial projects.
The artwork itself may not be resold, transferred to a third party as a standalone product, or have its rights resold without my permission.
Unless the commission is private, I may share the finished artwork and its creation process in my portfolio, on social media, and in promotional materials.
Without my permission, you may not:
✦ claim the artwork as your own
✦ remove my signature or watermark
✦ make substantial edits to the artwork
✦ use the artwork for AI, NFTs, datasets, or model training
✦ use the artwork in political, discriminatory, or offensive contexts
